Overview
All purchases of Jason Tweaks are final. Due to the digital nature of the product, we do not offer refunds or exchanges once the item has been delivered or the transaction is complete.
Exceptions
Refunds may be issued at our sole discretion if the product was not delivered as described or if there was a technical issue caused by us that prevented delivery. If you believe you qualify for an exception, contact us within 7 days of purchase.
Payment methods
Refunds, if approved, will be returned using the original payment method where possible. Cryptocurrency payments (such as Litecoin) will be refunded to the sending wallet address at the current exchange rate, minus any network or processing fees.
